Before restoring a file from your Green Cloud backups for the first time, you will need to download and install Veeam Backup & Replication and the Veeam. Veeam Backup Copy to VBR-S1 (to S1-Repository)ģ. Backup Job to VBR-HQ (to HQ-Repository)Ģ. All jobs are on VBR-HQ, no jobs are on VBR-S1, using Veeam Reverse Increment and Per VM Storage.ġ. VBR-HQ with HQ-repository & VBR-S1 with S1-repository servers (server 2016 on VMs). I would state that I have a remote location running ESXi as well. If you read from my other posts.I use VBR 10.x Enterprise Plus. Is their VMs Azure ready ? I am not very sure about moving Hyper-v workloads to Azure as Azure may not have like VMware on AWS where you can run VMware workloads or "VM" directly on AWS. If they have VBR Enterprise Plus, are they using the Veeam WAN accelerator ? Are they backing up VMs ? Then what backup mode (full, incremental, reverse increment) ? Are they using Hyper-v server or server 20xx with hyper-v role ? If server 20xx with hyper-v role, are they backing up the host OS as well ? Are they backing up VMs or as files on the host ? Then what do you mean by "an initial hyper-v backup" ? Then a hyper-v backup copy to the blob storage Sorry they are using veeam backup and replication, they have an enterprise plus license
